ÅF is an engineering and design company within energy, industry and infrastructure. During 2017, ÅF launched a new strategy and a new profile. The most important challenge was to describe the new strategy in an interesting and educational way. Furthermore, the aim was to integrate sustainability information and have the whole product reviewed by auditors.
Strategy and sustainability in focus
In order to really allow the strategy to emerge and have space, it constitutes the structure for the annual report. The different chapters describe both what ÅF’s ambition for the strategy is and concrete activities during the past year.
Sustainability is integrated throughout the report, and as a supplement there is a chapter comprising sustainability notes where the reader can enter more deeply into the data and into sustainability management.

The result is a report that is both airy and comprehensive with a clear focus on how ÅF will continue to develop with the new strategy. The design language is sober and the numerous pictures are populated by ÅF’s own employees.
