For the past 10 years, Frida Dahlgren has worked in executive positions within Prime, and she has extensive experience leading high-performing consulting organizations.
“I’m really looking forward to joining Narva – a top-of-the-line agency that I’ve followed for several years from a distance. Narva is on an exciting journey, and I’m convinced that with Narva’s strong team, I can further develop this enterprise,” said Dahlgren. “I intend to make Narva the industry’s most attractive workplace. And if we succeed, talent and clients will select Narva.”
Johannes Zetterlund, the newly named deputy CEO, has been at Narva for 6 years – as a partner and team manager for sustainability – a fast-growing business area.
“Narva stayed strong during the pandemic,” said Zetterlund. “We haven’t laid off or slowed down; instead, we adapted our customer proposition and won many new assignments. We’re in a great position to continue to grow and develop the business.”
Dahlgren and Zetterlund will assume their positions on 1 August 2021. During the leadership switchover, Daniel Bergsten and Johan Molander, Narva’s founders, will step down from their operational roles but remain minority owners.
“They’ve done a fantastic job in building a successful agency,” said Rask. “We extend an abundance of gratitude to them and look forward to equally strong development going forward.”
Narva offers extensive, high-end PR and communication services focused on sustainability, listed-company communications, and life science, among other areas. Narva reported sales of about SEK 100 million with SEK 11 million in operating profit in 2020.
